Turo is a car-sharing marketplace, so instead of product returns it has a trip cancellation policy: guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before their scheduled trip start time, guests who book within 24 hours of the scheduled trip start time have one hour after booking to cancel for free, and guests who book a non-refundable trip have a 24-hour grace period after booking to cancel for free. Whether a guest receives a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund depends on the circumstances, including when the guest cancels, the length of the trip, and the trip type.

Turo doesn't ship goods; instead, hosts can deliver vehicles to guests, and Turo's help center explains how delivery locations and fees work. After booking, you can request a change to your vehicle pickup or return location, but the new location must be one where the host already offers delivery or fall within their custom delivery radius.
